About
Built by people who run practices
Coach Play started with a problem every multi-level program has: the varsity playbook, the JV playbook and the youth teaching progression all describe the same actions with different names, in different files, drawn by different people.
The fix was not another whiteboard app. It was deciding that a play is data — positions, actions, timing, reads — and that everything else is a view of that data. Once a play is structured, the diagram, the animation, the practice sheet and the player's phone are all just renderers.
That is the whole product. Build the library once, keep the terminology consistent, and let every level of your program pull from the same source.
